Psalm 146: 1-10

It is very important what we put our hope in. The Bible tells us the blessings
of walking with our hope in the LORD. Let us learn the reasons for that:
First because the LORD is faithful and eternal.
People are changeable, and no matter how strong a person is, he/she will die
someday. But the LORD is eternal and eternally faithful. Therefore, we can
trust in His promises and walk with our hope in Him.
Second because the LORD is almighty and perfect.
The LORD is almighty and perfect, having created the heaven and the earth
and all things just with His Word. There is no failure in His plan, and there is no error in His guidance.
Third because the LORD supports and strengthens the weak.
No matter how strong a person is, there will be a time when he/she
becomes weak. But the LORD supports those who feel weak. He gives
peace to those who carry any heavy burdens. He raises them up and
strengthens them.
A new year has begun. What will we hope for and what will we trust in as we walk? That determines our lives. Let us walk with our hope in the Lord!
