Romans 8:28
November 10th 2024, Second Holy Day of the Month
 Tadashi Nagae, Pastor

I think this is a verse recited by many people. Let us learn this wonderful verse together again.

In the original language, it begins with “we know”. Being emphasized is that
“we know”. We know that all things work together for good.

The basis for this is on God. The LORD has made us, who have been saved, children of God. The LORD, who knows everything about us and sanctifies us, makes all things work for our good. This does not mean we will have more worldly success or wealth, but the will of God shall be done and we will be like Jesus. The LORD treats in this way for those who have been led to salvation by His plan and are changed to love God. With the above in mind, let us remember two things:

The first is to entrust to the LORD who makes all things work for good.
The second is to walk as we look at the LORD who knows everything.

Let us confess every day that “we know” this wonderful verse, and walk in trust
in the LORD!

<The Word of the Bible>
And we know that for those who love God all things work
together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
